ProDelta Real Estate is part of a family company that was founded more than 70 years ago. Continuity is our cornerstone and is one reason why we like to focus on the long term, on the next generation. We pursue our aim by linking sound financial results to innovative, sustainable solutions and by looking at future-proof use of land, materials and natural resources.

Opportunities

We are always on the lookout for promising opportunities in logistics and industrial real estate. In addition to developing and redeveloping large-scale projects, we manage and maintain the properties in our portfolio. Although our real estate portfolio is mainly located in the Rotterdam region and the Dutch provinces of Noord-Brabant and Gelderland, we are also active outside these regions, both nationally and internationally.

Four divisions

ProDelta Real Estate is divided into the following divisions:

1. Development: develops and redevelops logistics and industrial real estate. We recently also added residential and care projects to our portfolio.
2. Management: is responsible for the commercial management of 500,000 m² of logistics and industrial real estate, spread over more than 95 hectares of land.
3. Real Estate Services: is responsible for the technical management and maintenance of the buildings and sites in our real estate portfolio.
4. Environmental Support: provides our tenants and users with advice on such matters as hazardous substances and environmental issues.
